Rules

• This fest follows KST (Korean Standard Time).• Since the writing/drawing period is only two weeks long (for most of our rounds), we will not have check-ins.• This fest is, exclusively, related to bottom!Jongin and would require Jongin as bottom in the fics and fanarts. However, it is not necessary to show such only through penetrative sex; it can be mentioned, implied, or can happen off the story.• Any pairing is acceptable as long as it’s Jongin x any male idol (no oc’s or Jongin x reader). Kaicest (Kai x Jongin) is allowed as long as they are not related in familial ways and are different people.• Plagiarism is not allowed, and we will take appropriate actions if this rule is not followed.• The fics would be posted on AO3, so having an AO3 account is a requirement.• You should not reveal your identity to anyone until the round is finished.• Sensitive topics should be mentioned as required. AO3 gives you options to mention them so it's necessary to include the warnings, or tag them.• Non-con, bestiality, pedophilia, and incest are strictly banned from this fest. Topics such as major character death, violence, and dub-con should be properly tagged. You may have a sensitive reader with you.• Genderbend and mpreg are allowed but should be tagged.• In the light of the current situation, we decided to ban Kriskai and Lukai from our fest. We also encourage you to refrain from using Kris and Lucas’s name in your fics.• There will be time allotted for every activity (sign-ups and submission), and would be required to follow.• If you wish to drop out, please contact the mods via our Twitter DM or email.• Each person can submit two works maximum.Remember to show the authors and artists some love after the works are posted ♡

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a monthly challenge?
Unlike regular fests, a monthly challenge does not have phases such as prompting or claiming. Instead, the mods will provide different themes every month for participants to write or illustrate (omegaverse, historical AU, etc). Theme and prompt suggestion is also welcome through our submission form, communication form, or Twitter DM.What is the word limit?
Your submission should have no less than 500 words, but we will also run special rounds with slightly different mechanics. We will give everyone a heads up on our Twitter page when we do decide to run a special round.How do I sign up?
The information for a new theme will be posted on our Twitter page at 12 PM KST on the first day of every month. A link to our sign-up form will also be provided.What is the schedule for this fest?
First week: Sign-ups
Second and third week: Writing/drawing + Submission
Fourth week: Posting + Guess Who + Reveals
Exact dates will be posted at the beginning of each round.When can I start writing/drawing?
You can start as soon as you get your confirmation email.How does fic submissions work?
The platform we have chosen to post the fics is AO3, so having an AO3 account is a requirement. A detailed explanation of how to submit your work will be included in your confirmation email.How does art submissions work?
We offer two options for you to submit your fanart.1. AO3: Since AO3 allows users to post pictures as well, we will include you in our Guess Who’s along with writers and you may remain anonymous until reveals.
2. Post directly on your Twitter page: For artists who choose this option, you may simply post your fanart on your Twitter page and we will include the link to your tweet in our masterlist. But please let us know the exact date you wish to post your work.(A huge thank you to @nohappyendingfs for allowing us to reference your fanart submission guidelines!)Can I change my ship from the one I put on my sign-up form?
Of course, but please let us know before you start writing or illustrating for a different ship.Do I have to participate in every round?
No, you are free to join any round you like.Do you allow extensions?
Yes, we allow two days maximum after the deadline. Please let us know if there are any other changes.
